My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I also incorporate mindfulness practices to help cultivate resilience, emotional awareness, and a deeper connection with the present moment.I specialize in working with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum traits, life transitions, grief, and family-related challenges—as well as a range of other mental health concerns. I welcome clients with diverse experiences and am equipped to support those navigating complex emotional needs, identity exploration, stress management, and more.
