Molly Gobel, APC

I’m an open and outgoing therapist who is ready to partner with you on your journey toward healing and growth. Before becoming a clinician, I worked in a high-pressure creative industry in New York City, and I bring the insight, resilience, and real-world perspective from that experience into my clinical work. I understand how demanding environments, high expectations, and constant pressure can impact mental health, relationships, and sense of self.

I specialize in working with burnout, trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety. My approach is holistic and collaborative, grounded in the belief that the mind and body are deeply connected. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, EMDR, and Brainspotting to support meaningful and lasting change.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in group practice settings as well as addiction and mental health treatment centers, giving me experience supporting clients across a wide range of needs and stages of recovery. I strive to create a space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and empowering, where you can explore challenges honestly while also building practical tools for change.

In our work together, I will offer compassion and understanding while also holding you accountable, because I believe growth happens when support and responsibility go hand in hand. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, develop sustainable self-care, and create a life that feels aligned with your values and worth.

Let’s start this journey together!
