KETAMINE INTENSIVE TRAINED–TRAUMA FOCUSED INTERVENTION SUPPORT
Les has over 40 year as a passionate practitioner in the field of mental health, spirituality and psychology. He has historically divided his time between development, clinical practice, training, clinical supervision and consulting. He has worked with adolescents in a myriad of settings including residential, private practice, juvenile court and DFCS to mention a few. He spent the past 15-years developing and guiding a community based, psychotherapeutic company serving the Metro-Atlanta area including schools in the Fulton, Atlanta, Forsyth and Cobb County systems. In his consulting work, he has provided intensive supervision to over 400 clinicians as they acquired skills to deliver psychotherapy in their own practice and has consulted with numerous corporate partners enhancing team dynamics. He regularly provides workshops and seminars for Foster Parents, parenting, team building, the Enneagram and trauma.
He has had the privilege of witnessing dramatic transformations working with clients with depression, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, chronic illness and trauma. He is eager to apply his experience and compassion with clients, families, couples and teens, as they begin to address issues that will help them to improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfillment. A disabled Veteran himself, he has especially valued the privilege of working with our returning men and women in uniform. Les received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University, master’s degree from Phillips University and his Doctorate degree from Columbia Theological. He completed his clinical psychology internship & practicums through Emory University and the Georgia Center for Pastoral Care. Les taught as Adjunct Faculty at the Candler School of Theology, Emory University and Columbia Theological Seminary.
