Lane Womack, LPC

Healing, perspective, self-discovery, finding a voice, healthy coping skills, processing, strength identification, insight, establishing healthy connections, active collaboration, recovery, relationship building…therapy is all these things, and so much more. I believe we all have a purpose and a meaning, and that uncovering that meaning can lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life. The unconditional encouragement, support, and motivation from another can foster a healthy connection, and help facilitate growth, change, stability, renewed thinking, and other aspired outcomes; I take pride in being that person and joining others on their journey.

I have over a decade of experience working with diverse populations in varied settings (inpatient residential, outpatient, PHP). I enjoy working with individuals, couples, groups, and families. I specialize in addiction and am also well versed in working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, Bipolar and other mood disorders, identity issues, anger management, co-occurring disorders, ADHD, trauma, OCD, women’s issues, relationship issues, body image, ineffective coping, and many more. I embrace an integrative, holistic approach, drawing from cognitive- behavioral, existential, dialectical behavioral, humanistic, motivational interviewing, and solution- focused therapies. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. I work with clients who are between the ages of 14-65.
