Kathryn Pugh, MS, LPC, NCC

Kathryn Pugh is a Certified Life Coach and Nationally Certified Counselor. She holds a masters degree in Counseling from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelors degree from Auburn University. During her professional career, she has worked with individuals, families, and groups in community counseling clinics, contracted with school systems to provide school based therapy, and supervised a counseling program for adolescents involved in the court system for behavioral challenges. She has had the opportunity to provide counseling to many people from different cultures, backgrounds, and ethnicities. Kathryn’s therapeutic approach includes family systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She focuses on identifying and building on strengths within clients and empowers them to set goals and take control of their life to make meaningful changes.
