Dana Robinson, EdS, LPC, MAC, NCC, CPCS

Dana empowers clients to live more fulfilling lives in a safe and supportive environment. She values holistic and wellness-based approaches. She uses trauma-informed, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions with her clients. Dana understands the uniqueness of the therapeutic process and is grateful to assist clients with changing their lives for the better. 

For over a decade, Dana has worked in the wellness and counseling field in a variety of settings providing services to multicultural clients with equally diverse needs. She has assisted young adults, adults, adolescents, couples, and active duty military as well as Veterans. She addresses life challenges such as adjustment issues/life management, transitioning into adulthood concerns, addiction recovery/alcohol and drug abuse, managing mental health symptoms, trauma recovery, spirituality, PTSD, anxiety, stress management, and depression. 

Dana is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor in Georgia. She is also a Master Addiction Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She earned a Master of Science in Professional Counseling and a Specialist in Education in Counseling with a focus on Traumatology. She obtained both graduate degrees from Georgia State University. She is a member of the Licensed Professional Counselor Association of Georgia, the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association, and NAADAC-the Association of Addiction Professionals. Outside of the office, Dana enjoys practicing yoga, meditation, energy healing, exercising, and cooking vegan meals.
