Cristina Woodward is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Cristina has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and a Master’s Degree in Psychoanalysis Theory from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Cristina is passionate about working with adults and providing a supportive and safe space for growth and healing. She believes everyone has the ability to change and she is committed to helping her clients discover their strength and find their pathways in life.
Cristina’s background includes extensive clinical experience helping individuals and families who are experiencing many different emotional and behavioral challenges such as children and adolescent development, family relationship and communication struggles, school behavior and achievement challenges, ADHD, peer relationship struggles, self-identity exploration, LGBTQIA, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, trauma, mood disorders, and a wide variety of life challenges. Cristina is committed to build a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative relationship with her clients helping them find the change and improvement they need to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
Cristina speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, and is available to conduct sessions in person and virtually.
