Chandni believes in empowering clients to make the best choices for them. It often feels like we are along for the ride without realizing the opportunities to create change in our lives. Chandni uses person-centered, solution-focused, empowerment, and mindfulness-based interventions with clients. She understands that therapy can be a difficult and sometimes uncomfortable
process. In session, you are in the driver’s seat, and she is your navigator. Ultimately, you are in control of getting to your destination. Together, we can discover the where and how. You are in control of your own life.

Chandni is a Licensed Counselor with a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia Southern University. Chandni has assisted young adults transitioning to adulthood in private practice and college counseling settings. She guides young adults in academic and career concerns. She has also worked with adults from various racial, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds regarding family, romantic, and peer relationship issues.

Chandni is very passionate about working with individuals who want to improve any areas of
their life. Increasing self-awareness is often the first step to noticing our patterns. She
understands that all her clients are unique, which is why she tailors her approach to best suit
them. As a first-generation, Indian American, she understands how racial identity can be an
ongoing process. In her spare time, Chandni enjoys watching Marvel movies, spending time
with her dog, & listening to BTS.
