Caroline supports teenagers and young adults (ages 13 and up) through identity development, life transitions, and relationship struggles with a trauma-informed holistic approach. She fosters courage and self-compassion as she works with clients to create space for exploration, awareness, self-love, acceptance, and change. Caroline believes that healing and thriving begin with being fully seen and heard, and she is committed to providing unwavering support and accountability for clients as they lean into their authentic selves.
Caroline is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University. She has supported teenagers and young adults in navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, family issues, and struggles with self-esteem by supporting them in developing coping skills and creating safe spaces for personal exploration. Grounded in Gestalt theory, her practice emphasizes self-awareness, present-moment experience, and deep transformation—not just in behavior, but in thought processes, emotional processes, and mind-body connections. Whether facing everyday stressors or the impact of trauma, Caroline is committed to helping young people navigate obstacles, build resilience, and uncover their fullest selves.
