“Change is painful, Growth is painful… but nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you don’t belong.”

Therapy is a journey, and the first step makes the biggest difference. I can provide a safe, accepting space where you can come and be heard and speak freely without judgement. I specialize in working with young adult women who are experiencing problems and stressors related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions.
I use a variety of approaches when it comes to providing therapy: Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe that the foundation of therapy starts with the therapeutic relationship.
The therapeutic relationship is special. In my experience, I truly believe that the relationship between a therapist and client can define the process of success and healing. We will work collaboratively to make positive changes and improve your overall quality of life.
