Megan Grandys, LCSW

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel empowered to grow, heal, and thrive.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned my Master’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago. I use a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to treatment. I have over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, navigating a major life transition, struggling with self-esteem or relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create a collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to move forward.

I enjoy working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ populations and have a special interest in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), trichotillomania, and other body-focused repetitive behaviors.

I believe every individual has unique strengths, and together we can build on those strengths to foster resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward greater well-being.
