I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and passionate about helping others find hope along life’s journey. I work with men, women, teens, couples, and families, using a collaborative, client-centered approach rooted in systems thinking. I am trained as a certified anger management specialist, trained in the Gottman Level I Method of couple’s therapy, and Prepare Enrich. I also welcome the integration of a clients’ faith and beliefs into the counseling process.
I completed my undergraduate work at Georgia Southern University before earning a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University.
We all find ourselves at points where we feel unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed by significant life events. I offer a space where the client’s story takes center stage, their voices are valued, and hope can grow.
