“Life is not a dress rehearsal; Let me help you make the most of it…”
I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families in their journeys towards health, wellness and healing. I have over 15 years’ experience working with adolescents, teens, adults, older adults and families both in person and via telehealth. I am certified in Trauma Therapy, and I am an Independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the state of Arizona and Georgia.
I work collaboratively with my clients to utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MIT), Exposure therapy (ET), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My goal is to support and walk my clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief/loss, body image and self-esteem issues which can hinder us from living life to the full. Together I will create a specialized treatment plan for my clients that support their individual goals in therapy.
My educational background includes a Master’s in Professional Counseling and a Master’s in Public Health Care Administration (MPA) at Grand Canyon University. I am a long-standing member of the National College Honor Scholarship Society and have been a speaker at several Domestic Violence Awareness Conferences.
Make the most of every opportunity…
I was born in Chicago but raised in California and learned to love outdoor sports and anything to do with water. In my spare time I enjoy extreme sports such as body surfing, ziplining, skydiving, motorcycle riding and other physical activities. My motto is “Life is not a dress rehearsal, so I have to make the most of it and enjoy every minute”.
