I work with a multitude of clients from ages teen to adult. I strive to help heal the whole person and integrate different approaches to best fit each one of my clients. I incorporate Person-Centered, Psychodrama, emotion focused family therapy and cognitive behavioral therapies in my sessions. I have experience working with groups and individuals with substance abuse and mental health challenges. I view the therapeutic alliance between client and clinician as the most important aspect of therapy. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and received my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing yoga, hiking with my dog, and traveling the world.
