Grace Domeck is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing within Attento Counseling- Marietta. Her experience includes working with young adults, adolescents and families facing difficulties including relationship and life stressors, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and experiencing and processing trauma. Grace believes that so much of how we see ourselves and the world is based on the beliefs we hold onto, sometimes unknowingly. With this in mind, she is dedicated to walking with individuals as they come to identify, understand and work through those beliefs to move toward self-compassion and growth. Grace is passionate about helping people to grow in self-awareness surrounding their emotions, their relationships, and their ability to make changes within themselves. She believes that as each person is different, counseling can look different for everyone and is dedicated to making clients feel safe and comfortable. Grace’s treatment practices are guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strength-Based therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy. Grace is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the EMDR International Association. Grace graduated from The Ohio State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Master of Social Work
